Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor, or device settings.
-
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all information is correct, typographical errors, pricing errors, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur. Emma & Oliver London reserves the right to correct such errors at any time without prior notice. No rights may be derived from such errors.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully authorised and received.
Available payment methods—including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other supported payment options—may vary depending on your country or device.
Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available during checkout.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
-
Order processing time: 1–3 working days
-
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–7 working days, depending on the destination.
Many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary transportation.
Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling charges may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by high shipping volumes, public holidays, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not entitle customers to cancel an order or claim compensation.
5. Returns and Order Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Return Policy for full details regarding returns.
Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfilment process quickly and cannot usually be cancelled. Refund requests or chargebacks should not be initiated before contacting our Customer Support team and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
Emma & Oliver London is not liable for loss or damage where the courier's tracking information confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
